Peer Reviewer Policy
The peer review process guarantees that the most authentic and quality work reaches its rightful place. It furnishes the scientific journals with good work. All the referees ensure that the standards of the Journals are duly met for which they are peer reviewing. Custom designed peer review procedures are followed for Special issues and conference proceedings. Authors have the facility to have details about their project status by communicating with the experts directly.
Initial Manuscript Evaluation
All manuscripts are personally reviewed by the Editor initially. Manuscripts are accepted or rejected on the basis of this review. The manuscripts that are found to be eligible for journal publication are then proceeded for further review by the reviewers. The authors of the rejected works are informed of their manuscripts’ status within 2 weeks of receipt.
Although Peer Review has been in practice in many forms, but we only pursue the Double Blind Peer Review Process for our journals.
Double Blind Peer Review
In this process, both the reviewer and the author stay unaware of each other’s identity. It is a way to avoid any possible biases in the review process. The content of the article is highly important for article selection.
Process of Reviewer Selection
Reviewers are only given those papers for review that lie in their area of expertise. We maintain an up-to-date database. Authors are free to give their suggestions for improving reviewer performance.
Reviewer Reports
Reviewers are responsible for evaluating the following points in the manuscript:
- Originality and the Uniqueness of the Paper
- Use of a Rational Research Method
- Ethical standards are met well
- Results and conclusion are in line with each other
- References are correct and backed by actual studies from the past
It is not the duty of the reviewers to make corrections in the reviewed papers.
Duration of Review Process
4 to 6 weeks is the duration for each manuscript review. All reviewers sign a conflict of interest with mutual consensus. Authors are returned all their reviewed manuscripts within 2 weeks.
Final Report
Authors receive the final decision about their papers along with the reviewer’s report in which all the corrections to be made in the manuscript are highlighted.
Editor’s Decision
Papers are forwarded to the editor after review, who then finally decides for its acceptance or rejection.
