AbstractResearch is still non-conclusive because some Organizations in the same industry perform consistently so well, but others with the same set of opportunities can’t. There are fewer consensuses on drivers and characteristics of High Performing Organization. Even the term ’High Performing Organizations’ has been defined and interpreted differently by different authors. This paper is aimed at exploring drivers of High Performing Organization and characteristics of such organizations. This study has also developed a conceptual framework for high-performing organizations that can be further tested in future studies. This study was exploratory in nature, and it generated a framework for high performing organization which can be empirically tested in future studies. From the results, High-Performance Organizations are those organizations that bring value to all their stakeholders and continually grow better than their competitors. References
