The goal of this study is to examine the impact of service quality and consumer trust on corporate image, the impact of service quality and consumer trust on customer satisfaction, and the impact of service quality and consumer trust on customer satisfaction. This is a descriptive research that investigates the causal links between two or more variables. Non-probabilistic sampling using directed sample methods is utilized. Aside from that, there aren’t many research on homestays in Malang. This city was picked since it is a tourist destination with many homestays.
